Where can I download 'Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon' for free or really cheap???less than $29.00

I know there exist online library resources where you can download audio books, my library doesn't have this title on their download list.

For $6.99 you can download it in e-book form for either Adobe Reader, Microsoft Reader or Mobipocket Reader at http://www.ebooks.com/ebooks/book_display.asp?IID=193888 or here http://www.ereader.com/product/detail/17917?book=Dragonfly_in_Amber for $6.29 (though they don't tell you the format; I suppose it's an e-text).

You can't legally get it for free, of course.

Addition: I'm not sure if you'd be interested, but this site http://www.bookswim.com/search.do?page=catalog&search=dragonfly+in+amber&param=t (this link should take you to Dragonfly in Amber) appears to be the "Netflix for Books" site, where you pay a monthly fee and get a certain number of books you want to read sent to you. When you return two books, the next two on your queue are shipped to you. Apparently, 2 books out is $14.99/month and 3 is $19.99/month. I haven't tried it, but I like Netflix for DVDs.
