2) Ask specific questions about yourself (in your self-talk) to train and control your attention on various aspects of human experience. The quality of your life is in exact proportion to the quality questions you make to yourself.
3) Increase in power to produce personal change by associating an old behavior with extreme pain and mark desired new behavior with great pleasure. Anthony is a great believer in agony / ideology pleasures of life and this can be applied in the business too.
4) If you are confused, interrupt your limiting pattern by doing something totally unexpected.
5) You must condition your behavior by visualizing time and again. This is not exactly unique to Tony Robbins, but he repeated that message in all the only one of his "Personal Power" products.
6) Goal-setting strategy: Understand your final result, extremely intelligent action; sensory acuity to recognize when you see the results you need and if not, turn on your attitude to a positive mode, and change until you develop your final result.
7) Produce a future "compelling" by imagining your intensely final result to generate enthusiasm and energy in you. The past is not the same as the future. Discover the beliefs that correspond to your goals and desires.
Youth is Power! This is one of Anthony \ 's principles. Even if you don \ 't got any degrees develop, your youth has yet to serve the power, flexibility and the opportunity for your life.
