Eckhart Tolle Earth
Being a conformist can sometimes be painful. In fact, the more you get, the more you think if it was a waste of time to do what others happy! To complicate things, being a conformist would quickly lead to a situation where we compare and evaluate oneself with all the other conformists. It is a vicious cycle, and it has the potential to devour his entire life.
For me it was and is the root cause of all anxiety, envy, and misfortune. The problem was at least twofold. Firstly, you end up with having very little or no time to do things for your own itself. And secondly, the resistance, which comes to the surface every time you did something to please, exclusively, on the other accumulates and becomes a pain in the body - a term I read Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now." The pain body can hurt the monster psyche. Not only is called envy, but it can transform the personality so that we really began to appreciate woes those you want.
The root cause of the problem lies in the fact that we really believe not in our uniqueness, or the idea that all human beings are essentially part of the same consciousness. Believe in any of these premises could solve the problem outright.
But how can we believe in such ideologies, when we feel the pain of not having the large penthouse the boss has fat? How the hell am I deemed not to lose my sleep, when the neighbor has a live-in relationship with a baby I fantasizing about, and I am compelled to share my apartment with my mother-in-law?
The trick, probably (probably yes, since I'm still experimenting) is to understand the whole solution, not piecemeal - as we are more inclined to do. The problem with most of us is that we do not want to take a dive when it comes to spirituality, or what you say - the art of making life easy and wonderful. We nod in agreement when it brings our attention to the fact that it is all Maya - the illusion and there is no end. But two hours later, we ask for a salary raise. Half an hour later, we fret about the fact that we still live with our mother, sister, and the guy next door is having a great time.
Nature broad, can be understood in two macro theories. One in sub-atomic level we said we're all doing exactly the same sub-particles, call them quarks, strings or whatever you please. The other theory explains for the universe to function like that, there must be a single stream and universal knowledge or awareness.
So, physically and otherwise, we are the sum total of these particles, and this awareness. We actually did the stuff that dreams are made of!
Develop Moreover, the knowledge stored in a seed that one day he will have a makeover, and will grow into a tree, has the same origin as the knowledge stored in the earth to rotate around the sun, so that we continue to have regular seasons. These pools of the Act on the knowledge in unison, and very little is left to the trial or free will. Perhaps, in a similar sense, the child you and I fantasize, is fictitious, but the knowledge and the corollary power given to the reproductive system of human beings to govern a grown man to continue to procreate is more underlying and essential. The sperm will have his way every time. He did not need a work instruction to tell him what to do. It will changes in you, and you are the unfortunate victim, unless you realize that in reality you and the baby is simply the manifestation of the same unit that plays with itself.
Exploring it further, and combining the probabilities associated with quantum mechanics, could make an attempt to take the form of myriad emotions as the protest and random forms of nature. Nature, which could be considered as having two parts in it, the physical form - consists of sub-particles, and consciousness, or life or knowledge in forms - made aware of the unique reign, and encapsulates the known universe, and may be beyond.
Now, back to the original question, what is the essence of our evaluation in the eyes of another? What exactly happens when one is oneself the comparison against the other, and taking pain or pleasure. If the above reasoning is closer to the truth, the comparison, envy, and anxiety is nothing but a big cosmic joke, played by one on the One.
