Stephen King Help?
I have a bad habit of not finishing books. I start but stop to read another, I also does not end for the same reasons. I want to read this message and Stephen King books. I totally read "On Writing" and "Colorodo Kid. "I read but did not finish," The Shining "" Misery "" Salem's Lot "" The Stand ". I just rent the movie "It." And I told myself that if it is good, I read the book, but first I wanted to finish "The Stand" is equally long as "it." I am not a fast reader. I want to read "The Stand" this summer, but I do not want to take all summer. That should I do? How do I do? Thank you.
Sound Need to improve your reading skills, but first try to determine Why you Stop & Start --- is it boredom? Is this B / C, you do not have time? Is that something or someone is calling your turn attention in your head (or person)? So perhaps this is not a topic / theme that you take, or perhaps not yet. Then, try to spend some time focusing on a book that interests you. From 1 / 2 h / / 45 min., If you get through this time, think & decide if you have another 1 / 2 hours, then read no hurry, if so read for a bit longer, otherwise, read on for the same amount of time and the same decision after the hour is through. Over time, you will improve your concentration / attention. As you do this, you will probably improve your speed. You also have chosen one or two longer stories, SK (he verbose), have you tried Night Shift or different seasons? These are his collections new. The Shining Salem & Many have not been too long, but the stand is. Set a schedule (like 3 weeks) and you promise to spend at least 1 time each day (1 / 2 hours each side) with him. You'll pass, but it must be determined. I can totally understand b / c I LOVED reading when I I am specializing in Eng Lit and read so much, now I Stop & Start too and it takes me forever to read a book (ok, I read the factual books on the fiction). Never before, the use of devouring books in record time and was the top player in my classes before college. If Check all that fails a program to improve reading --- I understand that they actually work. Enjoy! Have a great summer!
