Have you ever tried to get rid of harmful behavior, only to fail? There is a long list of behavior problems ordinary people often try to alter or eliminate using self-hypnosis or NLP. The most common are: gluttony and weight loss, stop smoking, quit chewing tobacco, stop biting their nails; increasing self-confidence, insomnia, sleep better and overcome, improving memory, and stress management.

WHAT CAUSES mind, the mind can heal:
The motivation for our behavior begins in our thoughts. If you stop and think about it, all these non-constructive behaviors are the result of negative thoughts. In other words, you think and motivate yourself in all of these behaviors. Or at least you believe in a feeling of anxiety, which may be causing these behaviors. And, given the fact that you think and inspire you in this behavior, you can think and motivate you too. To think and you motivate them, you'll need to know precisely how to go about doing so.

DESIRE:
You're almost certainly reading this editorial, because you want the motivation to make some personal changes. And this is just for the reason that the foundation stone of Formula Motivation "for your success" is that you need or desire for change. If you've read this far, at least a small part of you wants a change.

IS REQUIRED REASONS FOR BELIEF:
Before anybody can eliminate negative behavior, that person must be motivated to do so. Wanting just to change behavior is not adequate.

Our motivation comes from things we believe. If we believe that something very important to us will improve or "becoming stronger" If we change our behavior, then we feel a high level of motivation. Conversely, if we believe that something very important to us, will be jeopardized if we do not change our behavior, we will also meet with the motivation to change our behavior.

Some simple examples of these motivational beliefs would be:

If I take some weight off, then I'll be able to find a mate.

If I type my habit, so I will not have to worry about cancer.

If I stop biting my nails then my hands will be much more attractive.

Technologies that can create the beliefs that lead to motivation:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming - the which is commonly known as NLP, provides methods that are able to instantly produce the element of belief. DECISION:
The dictionary definition of the word "decision" caught up his mind / a verdict or the sentence. When you do a concept that gives you a strong sense of motivation to make a change, you will feel compelled to take a decision to eliminate a negative behavior. Decision is the key that opens the door to binding measures.

ACTION:
The dictionary defines the word "action" as the act or contract / agreement to do or perform. Action means that rather than just dreaming to make personal changes, you'll actually take action to make the desired changes.

Monologue Interior:
One of many reasons why most people fail to eliminate negative behavior because of what they say themselves. Self-talk is important because many times it is an important part of what caused the negative behavior to begin with.

I want you to think for a moment: Say you want to kick an addiction to cigarettes. The first thing you may say or think to yourself is: "I do not smoke cigarettes anymore."

It is universal for people to say what they will do. Unfortunately, when we say that we will not do, we are truly ourselves programming to do!

Monologue YEAR:
Say the following for yourself: I do not see blue. I do not peas. . . . . . .

I bet your mind showed you the color blue, and then you showed peas. It is because when we say that we are not going to do, to make sense of our mind must make an image of us do whatever it is that we want to stop to do so. And when we imagine ourselves in a behavior, our mind compels us to produce this behavior.

SUMMARY:
To get rid negative behavior, it must first wish or desire to eliminate it. Belief is the element that leads to motivation. Motivation is the drive that leads us to the decision. DECISION is the momentum of the ACTION. Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a technology we can use to facilitate the beliefs, motivation, decisions and actions.

When we say that we will not do, we a mental image of ourselves using the behavior we want to see change. And this mental picture gives us a desire to participate in negative behavior. So, if we want to do away with negative behavior, rather than just saying what we will not, we must always say what we do.

To stop Smoking said: "I can not live without them."

To eliminate the cravings for foods high in calories or stop chewing smokeless tobacco say: "I can not live without it."

To reduce stress say: "I am calm and relaxed, both mentally and physically."

To overcome insomnia said: "I fall asleep quickly and sleep well all night long."
