After the first stage, management of anger is almost the same for men and women. Both sexes can benefit from using a log management anger to record what happens when they lose their battle to control their anger. Men and women are able to identify the elements Triggers (things that triggered the anger). Solving problems can lead to other ways of handling anger, causing situations. Men and women can accomplish this task.

Anger Management also involves being able to understand the weakness of others and what motivates measures taken by persons involved in episodes of anger. Both men and women learn to forgive themselves and others. Maybe one of the most important aspects of anger management is learning that anger control may be a liberating experience.

A common factor or trigger anger for men and women is the issue of forgiveness and its associated problems, the presence of guilt. The inability to forgive may lead to be angry. Guilt is a great predecessor to anger, because when we feel guilty, we tend to feel uncomfortable in our skin. This guilt can lead to feelings of shame or depressed often when we feel this way, we would to others in the form of anger. Understanding the role of guilt and learn to forgive can help men and women better manage their anger.

Part of learning to manage anger is networking with others dealing with similar issues. Men more difficult to reach groups, anger management and classes. It is generally more difficult for men to open up and talk their feelings. Women On the other hand are more comfortable in social situations in general and are more comfortable talking about their feelings.

Problems with anger management are equally important for men and women when it comes to their relationships.
