1. Introduction
In the journey of life, it is necessary to learn to distinguish the important the urgent and are not, things that have lasting value to those whose value is very temporary. It is wise to begin by asking all it make a difference 2 years, 5 years or 10 years? This will help us gain a better perspective of what really matters is the things that will last and make a positive difference in our lives and the lives of others especially those close to us.
2. How do we relate to ourselves and others?
In terms of our achievements in our last moments in this life: - What are the most common memories? Our wealth, our wounds, or the joy or the pain we have given to others? - What would we have done differently if we had a second chance? Why not use the chance now? In terms of our relationships with others, we can ask - what will I remember of? For example, my mood or my concern for those less fortunate .. (remember Mother Theresa) - is it more important to win a trivial argument and losing a longtime friend? Two years later he will question who won the argument? - Does it pay to be depressed by things that will not matter a year down the line? Would not it be more useful to dwell on things that are really important? For example, if you 're in college, what career you choose will matter, however, the football team you support may have little to do with your career so why fight against someone else because they do not support your team? - Is your job more important than your family? Do you go time with them? When you're 80, what matters more - the millions you have made or that your family is still in tact? There are things you can do something for others, you can do nothing about. Do not waste time on those you can not do something or they may even make you sick - Hypertension, ulcers, etc. Why bother? Doctors tell us that some diseases are caused by worrying too much. Other diseases are caused by rancor and bitterness. Probably the people who made you bitter is otherwise busy enjoying themselves without the slightest idea of your misery.
3. Conclusion
So, think right and do good and life will be much better for you. There is always a need to reflect what is the daily value. Everyone should take a few minutes a day to check every day and wonder - was I the best I could ever be? How many people did I do wrong knowingly? It is difficult to undo the harm we do to others. We should always try to avoid hurting People first by what we say and do. The tongue (mouth) is usually the biggest culprit in hurting others and creating unnecessary enemies.
When all was said and done what matters most? Think about it.
